PET REIKI SESSIONS

I will gladly come to your home for the comfort of you and your pet. I also offer Distant Healing Sessions as well for your sweet critters! Please contact me for any questions.

Individualized plans are designed for you to meet specific goals that you have set out to accomplish. Whether it be for overall physical strengthening and balance, releasing patterns of locked energy that no longer serves, or advancing your practice to meet specific goals, I am here to help guide you along the way.

I incorporate various styles of yoga such as Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini into my sequence plans, which allows the freedom to customize sessions that fulfill the needs of my clients, while still honoring the ancient traditions of yoga. Restorative yoga is also offered to allow for deep relaxation and the benefits of calming the nervous system, helping to restore balance and well-being. I am able to blend various healing modalities to yoga services such as Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Tapping, and other energy healing techniques. Guided meditation sessions are also beneficial to include with yoga training, which may easily be included!

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that was introduced to Japan in the 1920’s by Usui Sensei. Although various forms of Reiki have been practiced by Tibetan monks for likely thousands of years, Usui Sensei rediscovered the healing art and began practicing on the public, eventually teaching students to carry on his work. The word “Rei” means universal, or spiritual wisdom at a deeper level. “Ki” means the life force energy or prana that exist in all things. The practitioner helps to transmit Reiki or spiritually guided life force energy to the client by using hand placement techniques on or off the client’s fully clothed body. Benefits of Reiki healing include a decrease in stress, overall relaxation, and healing in many forms physically, emotionally, and more.

Depending on the needs and goals of the client, I will integrate Usui Holy Fire Reiki and various healing modalities into a healing session. Sound vibration, such as chanting mantras, using elements of the earth like crystals and stones, along with guided imagery are just a few of the many tools that I may include in a session.

Distant healing is offered if in-person sessions don’t fit your schedule or needs. Distant Reiki Healing can be transmitted from the practitioner to the client no matter where they are located. So, if the client wishes to receive energy healing without meeting, the practitioner is still able to guide Reiki to the client to facilitate emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Would you like to enjoy a unique experience of a Reiki Energy Session combined with Yoga? This service is a wonderful way of achieving the benefits of Yoga, while receiving energetic healing work, which allows for calming and relaxation or invigoration (depending on your needs) with a layer of connection to your body on a much deeper level.

The blending of energy work with Yoga offers a beautiful experience of movement, while Reiki energy flows to areas of the body and energetic system where healing and support may be necessary. During a session, depending on your goals, we will use either Restorative Yoga Postures for deep relaxation, or Kriya Yoga for invigorating movement of energy, or other yoga sequence plans to allow for an experience of connection and transformation, while restoring balance of your body and energetic system. Chakra balancing, tapping, pranayama (breathwork), guided meditation, mantras and sound vibration are just a few of the various forms of healing tools that may be integrated into a unique session designed for you!

Divine Feminine Yoga with Reiki & Healing Arts

This beautiful session is for those who may be facing challenges with fertility, menstrual cycle difficulties, menopausal changes, or other issues relating to the Divine Feminine Womb. Sometimes, the key to restoring balance hormonally or structurally is merely transforming the relationship you have with your body and inner self.

I will guide you to understand how to heal the relationship with your Divine Feminine Womb through yoga asanas (poses) designed to open and strengthen the pelvic bowl, and guided meditation to relax and connect to the body, along w/ Reiki energy work. Healing techniques such as chakra balancing, tapping, pranayama (breathwork), guided meditation, mantras, and sound vibration may be integrated into the session.

My goal is to help others feel empowered and restore connection to the Sacred Divine Palace within. The body may hold onto emotions, deeply rooted trauma, or belief systems that no longer serve, which can manifest in disharmony physically or energetically, creating imbalances. These conditioned ideas, or beliefs that have been embedded in the body are capable of being released and transformed through creating new energetic patterns of wholeness and freedom.

Using yoga asanas (poses) to open and strengthen the pelvic region, along with releasing patterns of energy through various healing tools, allows an opening physiologically and energetically. Strengthening the pelvic bowl is part of renewing the path to a deeper relationship with the Divine Feminine. The embodiment of wholeness is within YOU!

This lovely session is for those just beginning their meditation journey or for those who already have a solid foundation to connecting inward and would like guidance on expanding their personal practice. I will walk you through guided meditation, while incorporating other healing modalities including Reiki to facilitate your experience of sacred connection within.

I will provide tools and ideas for you to expand your own personal meditation practice, while strengthening your pranayama (breathwork) practice, which may be utilize anytime in your daily life to bring a state of calm and centeredness. Our prana or life force is a part of our inner being that is ready to be awakened! Come join me for a beautiful and peaceful session of meditation!

Reiki is not only beneficial for humans, but for our critter friends too! I offer Reiki in home sessions or distant healing for your pets as well.

Reiki is incredibly helpful for reducing anxiety and other behavioral issues in animals, along with easing chronic pain or dis-ease that may be preventing your pet from living the best, quality life.

Since I was a very small child, I have had a special relationship with animals and nature. Throughout my life, I have cared for many, many four legged pets and worked at a veterinary clinic during my early twenties. My work experience helped to increase my knowledge base of health and behavioral management for pets. Now, after practicing Reiki on my own pets, I have discovered the wonderful added benefits of this healing energy work and offer sessions to animals of all kinds. I would love to work with your four legged friends!

You don’t have to learn Reiki to practice on others. Reiki energy work is a wonderful way to help with your personal healing journey by connecting with your own inner ability to heal and transform your life.

The tools of Reiki may assist in your ability of restoring vitality and wholeness of the mind and body by healing past traumas, emotions, or experiences that are holding you back from living in your true nature.

For me personally, I learned Reiki several years ago to help me through very difficult moments of grief, depression, and obstacles that consumed my life. I had stopped believing in my body and felt very broken.

Practicing Reiki on myself helped to open doors of transformation and I am so grateful. I also used other modalities of healing and meditation to create a way of releasing deep sorrow and fear based thinking. I finally learned how to LOVE and accept myself fully.

  • I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve been told by a person that they are not flexible so can’t do yoga. Ha! I’m a myth buster! Your muscles are designed to stretch and lengthen! Yoga is not only beneficial for increasing flexibility, but also strengthening and balance, along with connecting with your body overall. One key ingredient is utilizing breathwork or pranayama with your yoga asana practice (yoga poses). Integrating your breath or prana is an essential part of deepening those stretches over time. With muscle memory, your muscle fibers will begin to lengthen and “remember” how to achieve elongation without injury. Yoga is transformative in so many ways! I hope to work with you to help guide your journey to increased flexibility and more!

  • To me, age is a mindset not a number! I’ve personally taken yoga classes from excellent instructors of all ages and sat back in awe of their strength while moving through very advanced yoga postures. I have found inspiration through these instructors to advance my own personal practice! Anybody, any age or size can benefit from yoga! I feel very strongly about teaching all levels and all-inclusive yoga. I offer many options to postures, so students are able to gauge their own goals and advance as they are ready. My hope is that each yoga session you take will help you to gain more strength and transform your body, leaving you with more of a connection to your authentic self!

  • With an injury or any serious health condition, please consult with a medical physician before starting any exercise program. I am a Registered Nurse and Certified Yoga Instructor, but still unable to diagnose or treat medical conditions, so ask that you work with your medical provider to ensure that it is safe for you to begin any exercise program whether it be with me or someone else. Once you’re received permission, I am able to tailor a program that is best suited for your needs.

  • Yes of course! All ages are welcomed. Kids under the age of 8 are free! Depending on your own personal goals, we may want to schedule separate times for you personally, so we can focus on your plan. If you are looking to practice yoga with your child or children, then we can tailor the yoga session for you and your family! I would love to see more kiddos out there practicing yoga and meditation. What a gift to give our children! Developing mindfulness and connecting to the body should be shared with our future generations in my opinion.

  • The answer is YES! YES! For me personally, meditation has become part of my daily routine, and I find great comfort in knowing that during that time, I am able to connect with myself and begin my day grounded with a sense of inner calm and peace. Meditation is a practice that takes time to cultivate and become part of your daily life. Beginning slowly is key in my opinion, in order for you to learn how to connect with your breath and tune in to your higher self. Starting just 5 minutes a day and building upon that can be a way of receiving great benefits to your health and over all well-being. Our daily lives are often filled with many do to lists and stressful situations. Resetting and grounding through your meditation practice can help to achieve a greater quality of life, and healthy coping mechanisms. Inner peace is the key to obtaining a peaceful outer world. It starts with YOU!
